This is a preview of a new series I'm planning on doing. I have a lot of material for it so far, but I wasn't sure what it was all going to amount to at first. But here it is! Something I can actually work with! So please do enjoy and I'll be over here working on it and trying to make it look pretty with illustration.

"As hard as we might try, nothing in this life very much happens as we would imagine it to. We struggle valiently in our efforts to maintain a steady grip or control on those things we see before us, the paths we're shown of the lives we all believe we're leading. How can I know this is the truth?

"Well, like yourself, I've witnessed things and have come to understand what appear to be the basic principles we're all systematically programmed to understand and therefore believe. Now, as convenient as it might be to simply take up the mantle of purporting these barely relevant half-truths to the kin I will someday bring into this world, I've found that the manipulative public representatives know that we Americans are unable to see anything when our mental vision has been blurred by these silver tongued seductresses. No matter your age or status in the world, if you possess the mentality and strength of will to look out there and sense that there is some truth to be found, you will realize that you've been misled for far too long, and that something must be done. You must realize that you have no choice but to see it for what it all really is.

"My name is Noe Huerta; my story is the one where something extraordinary happens to some boring guy you've never met and will probably never meet, or at least will never have the inclination to. But maybe you will after you hear the words I have to speak. Maybe it's your destiny to hear these things, or maybe it's karma for always stealing the good socks when you had the chance since the sock's owners were drunk and passed out on the floor of their bedroom. Either way, I know that only one thing is certain; This story is most certainly going to be ridiculous.

"It all started right here in Las Vegas, capital of the entertainment world, and a landmark for bored under-21'ers. Where else could it happen? No, I mean, really,where else could it happen? This is where I live. Anyways, this was apparently the universe's choice for the last big game, despite the fact that there are probably a billion other places more interesting, like New York. Here, in this most "sinful" place, I was simply living my simple retail life until my world took a dive for the worst... a dive called, 'Life'."
